Returns and Shipping Policy.

We deliver the art prints within 5-7 working days (with the exception of plexiglass and large works).
To protect the environment and work economically, we only print our designs on demand, therefore we do not stock our art. Each canvas undergoes a personalized quality control that would not be possible if we already had our designs in stock.
For this reason, we offer refunds for the following reasons, in addition to a no-nonsense money back guarantee:
- Stripes / stripes
- Ink scratches
- crooked or poorly stretched canvases
- Damaged during transport
Breuker Concepts is not responsible for delays of any kind, except for damage or loss. In case of loss, we will send you a brand new canvas at our expense.
If you want to report a defect, please contact us immediately and at the latest 2 days after delivery. We will send you a replacement canvas or refund the paid amount via Credit Card, PayPal or a Gift Card.
Please note: Personalized artwork is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note: Cancellation is only possible up to 1 hour after purchase. We print up to 100 designs per day, therefore cancellation is not possible after this period.

Return Policy
Shipping is free returns not. Returns are at your own expense. Art up to 120 x 80 are € 15, you can request a return label from us.
Art larger than 120 x 80 costs €70.00, for that we have to schedule an appointment with the carrier. You must be home for this appointment, if you are not home we unfortunately have to deal with double costs.
I am very happy to offer large works. Including free shipping! But shipping of such works is of course not free (if only!). So think carefully about the large works.

Breuker Concepts is not responsible for shipping delays of any kind except damage or loss. In case of a loss, we will send you a brand new canvas at our cost. If you would like to register a flaw, please contact us immediately and no later than 2 days after the delivery. We will send you a replacement canvas or refund the amount paid via Credit Card, PayPal or a Gift Card.
